About The Role We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our team from January 25 to April 16. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI tools and features that shape the future of work. The role requires working out of our New York or San Francisco office during the internship period. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to develop innovative solutions that enhance our platform's capabilities. You will be encouraged to ask for help when needed, think critically about the impact of your work, and communicate complex ideas effectively. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, AI, and creating meaningful user experiences, and who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across functions. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and innovation. Ability to work on-site in New York or San Francisco during the internship period. Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing, and testing AI-powered features and tools within the Notion platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and design discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables. Contribute to documentation of technical specifications and project progress. Engage in continuous learning about emerging AI technologies and best practices. Support the team in deploying and maintaining AI models and tools in production environments. Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements to enhance platform usability.
